2. Notary Services
We provide a range of notarial services, including document notarization, apostille certification, and legal translations. Appointments are required for all services.
2.1 Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment at no extra charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to the allocation of notary resources.

3. Information Products
Our information products include digital guides, templates, and training courses related to notarial practices and legal compliance.
3.1 Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately via email upon successful payment.
3.2 Refund Policy
Due to their intangible nature, digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unused and unaccessed. To request a refund within this period, please submit a request through our contact form. No refunds are available after 14 days.
4. Physical Goods
We offer physical goods such as official seals, stamps, and certified document holders.
4.1 Returns and Refunds
Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

4.2 Exchanges
Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are handled at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of receipt through our contact form to arrange an exchange.
5. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments must be made in CHF.
6. Limitation of Liability
NotaryNestBest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
